New cozy mini-hotel with a freshly renovated loft style. The hotel is located near the city center, two minutes walk from Holosiivska metro station and 5 minutes from Demiivska metro station, not far from Ocean Plaza popular shopping center.
The hotel consists of 9 comfortable rooms that are equipped with modern furniture, necessary appliances, and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. All standard rooms have a desk and chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a locker for clothes. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The common kitchen area is equipped with a fridge, a boiler, a kettle, an electric stove, a microwave and all the necessary utensils. Есть небольшая кухня, где можно что-то приготовить. В гостинице не курят, в номерах действительно не воняет дымом. Установлена сигнализация, которая срабатывает на дым, поэтому можно быть точно уверенным, что прокуренный номер не попадется

Меньше всего понравилось то, что в санузле номера, который возле кухни, пахнет едой, когда готовят на кухне
