A spacious one bedroom business class apartment in the house of imperial times. The house is located next to the subway (10 minutes walk), the botanical garden and Vladimir Cathedral. The Centre of Kyiv, two stops by any public transport. The street on which the house is located is very quiet, surrounded by trees. The apartment has two separate rooms, kitchen is a separate room, bathroom-separate, a powerful armoured entrance door. In the bedroom there is a double bed in the living room-sofa bed. In the apartment of two air conditioners. There are all necessary appliances (washing machine, water heater), unlimited high speed Internet.

Additional house rules

It is mandatory to report in advance the exact time of eviction.
Earlier check-in and/or late check-out is possible if this does not interfere with other guests. To be guaranteed an opportunity for early check-in or late check-out, you must pay the cost of one more night stay.
It is possible to organize a transfer (costs slightly more than a taxi, payment - in cash to the driver).
If you have a late check-in - after 20:00, or an early departure - before 8:00, please book a transfer with our driver who will meet you at the airport or train station. If you don’t need a transfer, please be ready to receive the keys (in case of late arrival) or hand them over (in case of early departure) to the concierge, who is located near the apartment. We will send you detailed instructions on how to do this. Leaving the keys under the rug near the apartment or in the mailbox without prior approval is strictly prohibited.
You must have a passport (or other photo ID) and a security deposit in the amount of the cost of one night stay. Upon check-in, after inspecting the apartment, the security deposit is returned to the guest.
Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. For smoking, you can use the balcony.
Surcharge for providing extra bed is 120 UAH (5 USD) per day.

Сложно комментировать данный отзыв, так как гость проживал в квартире с 7-го по 9-ое октября, а написал о неправильно пахнущем белье в отзыве только 19-го ноября, т.е. через месяц и 10 дней. Хотим еще раз обратить внимание наших гостей, что мы не живем в наших квартирах, и поэтому, если в квартире что-то не так, либо чего-нибудь не хватает, пожалуйста, ставьте нас в известность об этом любым, удобным для Вас, способом. Мы всегда рады помочь нашим гостям. Нам не совсем понятны отзывы, например, когда гость живет неделю в квартире с неработающим интернетом, и потом пишет об этом в отзыве, при этом нужно было просто перезагрузить модем и роутер. Все было удобно, чисто, аккуратно. Все так, как в описании.

Рядом нет продуктовых магазинов (есть только ларьки), что семье с ребенком было не очень удобно. Но опять же, ничего другого нам не обещали.
