Description

Modern one-bedroom suites in the very center of Kyiv. You can see a large leather sofa, comfortable small tables, a large TV with satellite channels, a DVD player with a stereo system in the hall. There are two unique paintings, air conditioning on the walls, which will make the air clean and fresh. The bedroom is separated from the hall by a modern Japanese frosted thick glass and bamboo. A fully equipped kitchen is separated from the hall by a bar counter with chairs, where you will find everything you need for cooking your favorite dishes. Spanish modern plumbing includes a full bathroom set. There are a beautiful washbasin with a decorated large mirror and a washing machine in the bathroom. The apartment is ideal for a pleasant stay and for business meetings.
A baby cot is available on request.

Additional house rules

There is a security deposit of 5000 UAH required if you book for 1 day on the New Year.
Check-in - at 14:00, check-out - till 12:00. Reception (registration) desk is on 19 Baseina street, second floor. Please note: you should come for Reception desk for check in procedure. If you have an early (before 8:00) or later (after 00:00) check-in, then you should agree in advance on the transfer of keys, since the opening hours of the reception are 08:00 - 00:00. Our manager on duty will meet You at the front (the entrance to your house) at the appointed time. Citizens of Ukraine, which are placed for a day or two, should have two documents for the registration (or a single document and personalized credit card). When placed on three or more days, only one identity document (passport or driving license) is required. To arrange an early check-in (8:00) or late check-out (until 18:00), please verify the possibility of providing this service contacting the owner via the Ask owner tab. Early check-in and late check-out are additional services, they cost 1/2 of the daily rate and can be confirmed 24 hours before the day of check-in.
Pets are not allowed.
No smoking in the apartment. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony (if there is a balcony).
There is a fine for reduction of the period of stay in the amount of:
- the cost of 1 night stay, if booking from 1-7 nights;
- 10% of the cost of the stay, if the reservation is from 7 nights.
We do not accommodate guests under the age of 21 for 1 night.
