The owner requires a security deposit in the amount of 3400 UAH, which will be returned upon check-out if the property is safe.

Additional house rules

It is mandatory to report in advance the exact time of eviction.
Earlier check-in and/or late check-out is possible if this does not interfere with other guests. To be guaranteed an opportunity for early check-in or late check-out, you must pay the cost of one more night stay.
It is possible to organize a transfer (costs slightly more than a taxi, payment - in cash to the driver).
If you have a late check-in - after 20:00, or an early departure - before 8:00, please book with us a transfer with our driver who will meet you at the airport or train station. If you do not need a transfer, please be ready to receive the keys (in case of late check-in) or hand them (in case of early departure) to the concierge, who is located near the apartment. We will send you detailed instructions on how to do this. Leaving the keys under the rug near the apartment or in the mailbox without prior approval is strictly prohibited.
You must have a passport (or other photo ID) and a security deposit in the amount of the cost of the one-night stay upon arrival. The security deposit is returned to the guest upon eviction after inspecting the apartment.
Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. You can use the balcony for smoking.
Surcharge for the provision of an extra bed with the number of guests over 4 is 120 UAH (5 USD) per day.
