Our building has generators, so the lifts work, there's cold and hot water, and wifi works (if you have a charged power bank with two usb ports).

- A public terrace with Jacuzzi for all the residents of the building on the 27th floor.

- home cinema
- Underground/overground parking
In the closed area of the courtyard:
- Playground, tennis table, football/basketball/volleyball court.

It is also worth mentioning that the entire complex is under video surveillance and it is forbidden to smoke any tobacco products or drink alcoholic beverages - a fine in the amount of the deposit left.

We always welcome guests who respect the property and the comfort of the neighbours :)

The apartment is rented for a quiet and peaceful stay. The apartment is not offered for various holidays, birthdays, weddings, etc. In case of violation of these rules, a fine of the amount of the left deposit may be charged. In case of gross violation, you may be evicted immediately and without refund.

Smoking is only allowed on the public balcony on each floor.

Parking:
There is an underground car park - 300 UAH/day.

There is a free guest car park on the street with security and surveillance cameras.

There is also a paid car park near the Dream Town shopping centre.

Let us know in advance if you need a car park and which one. You will also need to give us your licence plate number, make and model of your car.

Infrastructure around:
A wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets and coffee shops to suit all tastes. Dream Town shopping centre, Payenta Cinema, children's entertainment and an ice rink. One of the most beautiful Obolon embankments, Natalka Park, and the new Obolonsky Island have just opened.
Metro near the house, to Podil and the center of Kyiv 10 minutes.

A deposit of 1000 UAH is required for the duration of the stay.
