The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the 8-storey building. Good conditions. Studio apartment with fresh cosmetic repairs. Quiet environment, Wi-Fi, TV and all cooking utensils (electric kettle, fridge and microwave). On the floor there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Each room has its own shower, new plumbing, boiler and hair dryer. Disposable shampoos, shower gels, slippers, toothbrushes and pastes are also provided. Double rooms have double beds and triple rooms have a large King Size bed and a sleeper sofa for one person. Our rooms are always clean and welcoming!
