Stylish, modern and functional, this designer hotel-style loft will impress you. The unique location, the charm of the old streets of the city center and the modern style combined with elements of the authentic building structure will allow our guests to plunge into the history of 19th century architecture.
The functionality and design are calculated to the smallest detail to allow guests to comfortably spend time on vacation or on a business trip in the very center of the capital.
The loft is equipped with two double beds (160 x 200) with a comfortable mattress, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a bar table with chairs and a wardrobe.

Free parking on the adjoining territory (barrier). The loft is within walking distance from 2 metro stations (Lva Tolstoho - 700 m or 10 minutes walk, Olympiiska metro station - 800 m or 10 minutes walk).
