PLEASE NOTE: There are two separate residential houses on the property. Rooms ID 11762 and ID 73621 are located in House No. 1 (where the hosts live). Rooms ID 10680 and ID 12081 are located on the second floor of House No. 2; the shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom for these rooms are located on the first floor of the same House No. 2. The yard and the entire property are shared.

The room includes: two sofas, an armchair bed, an armchair, a 32-inch TV, and a desk. There are also two small storage niches for travel bags and a chest of drawers.
The living room has a 50-inch TV with a smart TV box.
The house is equipped with a dual-circuit gas boiler and a wood-burning boiler. A barbecue grill is available in the yard.
A clean and quiet neighborhood of Kyiv — the Koncha-Zaspa area. The cottage community is located in a protected nature reserve area. The property is secured.
The forest is a 3-minute walk away, and Lake Vedro is a 15-minute walk away.
There are no industrial areas, car repair shops, or landfills nearby.
While walking through the forest, you may spot roe deer, moose, hares, foxes, wild boar, and wood pigeons. Near the entrance, you may see ducks, swans, a great white egret, and a beaver.
House Rules:
- Check-in from 14:00 to 2:00
- Check-out by 12:00
There is no curfew in our part of Kyiv.
- Please let us know your arrival time in advance.
- Upon check-in, you must present identification for all guests.
- We do not provide gate keys to large groups (6 or more people) booking for a single night.
