The owner may request a security deposit from 1500 to 2500 UAH upon arrival.

Important registration information

If you check in at night from 19:00 to 10:00, we offer you the following registration options:

1. Arrange service at the airport or train station with our driver. Our driver will be waiting for you with a sign, pick you up to check in directly to your accommodation. We highly recommend this option to avoid late night check-in issues. Airport pickup is 25 USD for KBP and 20 USD for IEV and train/bus station.

2. You can pick up the keys at the reception of our mini-hotel, located in the very center of Kiev at 10 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho (1 block from Keschatyk, next to Teatralna/Zoloti Vorota metro station). The front desk is open 24/7.

Please note that our telephone support service is open from 10:00 to 22:00.
If dates are shortened, no refunds will be given.

Квартира откровенно грязная, пошарпанная, с застаревшим слоем жира, грязи. Бойлер сломался, кондиционеры не работали, из двух дней проживания день провели с мастерами для починки квартиры. Не советуем никому.
