Additional house rules

Check-in - 13:00, check-out - 12:00. There is an insurance deposit 100 USD. Please do not to make noise after 21:00, do not make troubles for our neighbors. The minimum number of booking nights is 2 nights. 2 original document for one person are required on check-in. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only.

In the apartment is forbidden:

1. Walking in the street shoes.
2. Smoking in the apartment (you can smoke on the balcony only).
3. Accommodation with pets.
4. Loud music, TV and other noise after 21:00.
5. Celebrating birthdays, organizing meetings and other events.
6. Inviting strangers in the apartment, without agreement.
7. Bring and keep the apartment forbidden subjects: weapons, narcotic substances, ammunition, stabbing, cutting items, chemical products.
8. Contacting neighbors with different requests without the consent of the causes.
9. Rearrange the furniture in the apartment without approval.
10. Hanging on the walls, ceiling, doors, furniture, various items that can damage the surface.
11. Taking pictures of the premises and place various types of advertising that is associated with this location.
12. Take and pass the responsibility under the contract to other persons not specified in this agreement.
13. Move appliances, furniture and other items from the apartment, as well as replace them on an alternative.
14. To order any goods and services at this address with the drift in an apartment without negotiating with the owner (just till the entrance).
Failure to comply with at least one of the rules the owner could evict you without returning the security deposit and down payment.
