This lovely and modern one bedroom apartment is located in the center of Kiev, next to Arena entertainment complex and newly built Gulliver center. Kiev’s main street – Kreschatyk is located only 5 minute walk away. The area is surrounded by numerous cafes, restaurants and historic attractions.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of 5 storey building with a door coded, common entrance and elevator. It is fully equipped and furnished with everything required for comfortable stay in Kyiv, including living room large sectional couch, that decomposed into queen sized bed, 37 inch LCD TV with cable TV (over 100 channels including numerous in English), bedroom with queen sized bed, large wardrobe area, fully equipped kitchen with dining room area for up to four people. There are 3 air conditioners, laundry washer and much more. The apartment’s design takes into account even such details as heated floors and mood lighting system. This is a wonderful accommodation option to consider for next Kiev stay, in the heart of tourist’s center.

Important registration information

If you check in at night from 19:00 to 10:00, we offer you the following registration options:

1. Arrange service at the airport or train station with our driver. Our driver will be waiting for you with a sign, pick you up to check in directly to your accommodation. We highly recommend this option to avoid late night check-in issues. Airport pickup is 25 USD for KBP and 20 USD for IEV and train/bus station.

2. You can pick up the keys at the reception of our mini-hotel, located in the very center of Kiev at 10 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho (1 block from Keschatyk, next to Teatralna/Zoloti Vorota metro station). The front desk is open 24/7.

Please note that our telephone support service is open from 10:00 to 22:00.
If dates are shortened, no refunds will be given.

Квартира в отличном состоянии после хорошего качественного ремонта. Есть и кондиционер и отопители.Кухня хоть и маловата но вполне всё хватает.На окнах решётки (первый этаж) Персоонал хороший всегда доступен по все вопросам,умеет разрулить нестандартные ситуации. WI Fi работает нормально . Трансфер прошёл на уровне ,несмотря на опоздание самолёта, поменяли симки и деньги прямо в порту. Близко от метро и относительно тихое место.

Было трещина в окне на кухне снаружи, но ето нам не мешало. Верно не один день.Так и не заделали. Всё же первый этаж.
