Location: Located in the historic area of the city - Podol, a ten minutes walking from the metro station "Kontraktovaya ploshad". Nearby are the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, restaurants "Arizona", "Khutorok", "Mimino", "Tequila House", cafe "Home Cooking", market, a lot of shops, a synagogue. Many churches and historical monuments.

An identity document is required upon check-in.
Early check-in (6:00) and late check-out (till 22:00) are charged as half price per 1 night.
We do not accommodate customers under 25 years’ age. Exceptions are possible if you pay safety deposit at check-in. Celebration and parties are not allowed. The apartment is not rented for office or commercial use.
Kindly be informed that since your reservation for 1night or 2 nights only we require a safe deposit of 2000 UAH upon arrival and we will return it upon departure if no damage in the apartment.
Free cleaning of the apartment and change of bed are possible after 4-6 days stay.

Найбільше сподобалось розташування квартири, її розмір, план кімнат, чистота, наявність коридору без вікон всередині квартири, що важливо під час тривог.

Єдине, на що можу пожалітись - це матрас з пружинами, які риплять і не зовсім комфортно спати. Проте - не критично було на фоні інших плюсів цієї квартири.
