The windows overlook the courtyard. The house has an elevator.
The apartments are located on the 5th floor of a 6-storey building.
The house is located in the historical part of Kyiv, close to the main attractions of the capital of Ukraine. Sofiyivska square, Nezalezhnosti square, Globus shopping center, a large selection of cafes and bars are within a 5-minute walk. A 10-minute walk from the main street of Kyiv - Khreshchatyk, Bessarabska square with many shops and cafes, Mandarin Plaza shopping center, Parus business center. Also, Arena shopping center nearby, which hes the Pinchuk Art Center for contemporary art, nightclubs, shops, restaurants, cafes, a 24-hour supermarket.

Check-out time from the apartment is until 12:00, regardless of the time of check-in. If you need to check out after 12:00, you need to order a service - late check-out.
It is forbidden to make noise in the apartments from 21:00 to 8:00, turn on music / TV loudly, carry out any work associated with knocking or other mechanical sounds.
A penalty equal to the cost of 1 night stay will be charged for shortening the period of stay.
The washing machine is located in the vestibule.

Sometimes the settlement of guests takes place through the office, which is located at 10 Prorizna street.
The cost of a transfer from Zhulyany airport is 350 UAH, from Borispol airport - 550 UAH.
