We present to you a cozy Luxury Apartment of 33 m², located on the 12th floor of a 28-story residential building in the developed Darnytskyi district of Kyiv, at 17 Bazhana Avenue.
During a power outage, a generator operates.

The apartment is located in the residential complex “OLYMPIC PARK” — a true “city within a city,” where everything is designed for your convenience and comfortable living within walking distance. The complex features a secured territory with concierge service, high-speed elevators, and guest parking. There is an organized relaxation area with children’s and sports playgrounds, as well as an on-site supermarket.

Nearby, you will find shopping centers, stores, banks, cafés, pharmacies, post offices, and other essential infrastructure. Only a 5-minute walk to two metro stations — “Vyrlytsia” and “Boryspilska,” as well as a picturesque park and lake.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: modern furniture, appliances (TV, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioner, high-speed internet, Wi-Fi), bed and bath linens, and a full bathroom. There are 4 sleeping places: a large double bed with an orthopedic mattress and a fold-out sofa. The sleeping area can be closed off from the living room for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished.

We are happy to welcome guests with children and pets, arranged separately. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment! There are designated smoking areas on the complex grounds. All necessary reporting documents can be provided upon request, including a receipt. We reserve the right to request a security deposit upon check-in, arranged separately. An original ID document is required at check-in.

The listed price applies for up to 2 guests. The price may vary depending on the number of guests, length of stay, and other factors. Standard check-in/check-out: 14:00 / 12:00. Early or late check-in/check-out can be arranged additionally.
