We do not accommodate customers under 25 years’ age. Exceptions are possible if you pay safety deposit at check-in. Celebration and parties are not allowed. The apartment is not rented for office or commercial use.
Kindly be informed that since your reservation for 1night or 2 nights only we require a safe deposit of 2000 UAH upon arrival and we will return it upon departure if no damage in the apartment.
Free cleaning of the apartment and change of bed are possible after 4-6 days stay.

Розташування в історичному центрі.Квартира дуже затишна та атмосферна.Всі заявлені прилади є в наявності та справні.Привітні та професійні власники.

Дуже скрипить підлога та двері.Але це вписується в загальний старовинний антураж квартири.
