Description

Very cozy and comfortable modern apartment is situated right in the historical heart of Kyiv, just at Yevropeyska square. The building is perfectly located both for a touristic and for a business trip to Kyiv, it is just in 2 minutes walking distance from Maydan Nezalezhnosti and from the central street Khreshchatyk. The building is in the quiet yard, therefore you can have proper rest.

There are plenty of sightseeing landmarks in the neighborhood, such as Volodymyrskyi hill, monument of St. Volodymyr, philarmonia, Mariinskiyi park, St. Michael's Golden-Domed monastery, the monument of Queen Olga, Sofiyskyi cathedral, the monument of Bohdan Khmelnytskyi. You can see the Roman Catholic church from the window. Famous Andriivskyi descent with St. Andrew's church, Bulhakov home-museum, the castle of Richard the Lionheart and plenty of art-saloons is not far away. All of these landmarks are within walking distance.

The entrance of the building is safely locked with the magnetic key, it is very clean. The apartment has a separate cozy light bedroom with a new bed and super comfortable orthopedic mattress. It guarantees you will have great sleep. The foldout sofa in the living room has very big comfortable mattress, so it is also very good for sleeping. There are a big flat screen TV and air conditioner in the living room. Kitchen has everything you can need to prepare a meal: kitchen stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, dishwasher. Bathroom has a shower, a bidet, a washing machine.
