Important registration information

If you check in at night from 19:00 to 10:00, we offer you the following registration options:

1. Arrange service at the airport or train station with our driver. Our driver will be waiting for you with a sign, pick you up to check in directly to your accommodation. We highly recommend this option to avoid late night check-in issues. Airport pickup is 25 USD for KBP and 20 USD for IEV and train/bus station.

2. You can pick up the keys at the reception of our mini-hotel, located in the very center of Kiev at 10 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho street (1 block from Keschatyk, next to Teatralna/Zoloti Vorota metro station). The front desk is open 24/7.

Please note that our telephone support service is open from 10:00 to 22:00.
If dates are shortened, no refunds will be given.

не понравилось то, что менеджер в вайбере написал, что возможность перевода денег на карту есть, а когда поселялся, то отказали в данной услуги

Месторасположение

При заселении был сильных запах сигарет и пришлось долго проветривать (на улице было -5). С закрытыми окнами в квартире плохо пахнет сыростью и побелкой. Без включенного кондиционера и обогревателя в квартире холодно. Не работал телевизор. Доставляла неудобство сушилка для белья и развешенное на ней постельное белье с полотенцами (считаю, что гость не должен это видеть). Часть плинтуса отошла от стены и торчит в комнату (возле тумбы с холодильником). Стекло-разделитель из ванной не было вымыто, на полу возле стиральной машины подтеки от стирального порошка. В постеле былы обнаружены черные волосы.
