New, beautiful, stylish, modern, spacious (55 m2) studio apartment on the 3rd floor of a 25-storey building at 7 Olena Pchilka Street.
RC Tradition" gets high marks for convenient location and developed infrastructure. The house was commissioned in 2019.
The apartment is equipped with the latest modern appliances.
We make every effort to ensure that once you have been our guest, you will want to come back.
At your service: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, digital TV, bed linen, towels, hairdryer, iron, always hot water.
The apartment has a double bed with orthopaedic mattress, flat screen TV, double sofa bed, single sofa bed, fully equipped modern kitchen with microwave, fridge, oven and hob, crockery, bathroom with bath, washing machine. The house will be finished in 2019. Guarded, fenced area near the house, parking, playground. In the house security, video surveillance. Before the arrival of guests we carry out obligatory cleaning with disinfection.

In 10-15 minutes walk from the house there is a lake with a beach, cafes and restaurants, where you can relax from the bustle of the city.

Within 10 minutes walk is the huge shopping centre Auchan Rive Gauche. Around a lot of shops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, beauty salons, banks.

Metro Poznyaky - 8-10 minutes by bus (5-6 stops).
Metro Kharkivska - 13 minutes by bus (8 stops).
Metro Darnytsa - 14 minutes by bus (9 stops).
Bus stop - 200 metres, 900 metres (depending on which direction you want to go).

By car: Boryspil Airport - 20 minutes. Bus station - 13 minutes. Darnytsa railway station - 7 minutes. City centre - 20 minutes. Central Railway Station - 30 minutes.
