New, beautiful, stylish, modern studio apartment on the 8th floor of a 25-storey building at 5A Olena Pchilka street.
Tradytsii esidential complex receives high marks for its location and transport accessibility due to its convenient localization and developed infrastructure. The house was commissioned in 2018.

The studio apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, digital TV, bedding, towels, disposable slippers, always hot water.
The apartment has a double bed with orthopedic mattress, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, oven and stove, dishes, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The house was commissioned in 2018. Guarded, fenced area near the house, parking, playground. The house has security, video surveillance. We carry out a mandatory cleaning with disinfection before the arrival of guests.

There is a lake with a beach, cafes and restaurants in a 10-15 minute walk from the house, where you can take a break from the bustle of the city.

A 10-minute walk is a huge Auchan Rive Gauche shopping center. There are many shops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, beauty salons, banks around.

8-10 minutes by bus (5-6 bus stops) to Pozniaky metro.
13 minutes by bus (8 bus stops) to Kharkivska metro station.
14 minutes by bus (9 stops) to Darnytsia metro.
Bus stop is 200 meters, 900 meters (depending on which direction you need to go).

By car: 20 minutes to Boryspil airport. 13 minutes to the bus station. Railway station Darnytsia is 7 minutes. City center is 20 minutes. Central railway station is 30 minutes.
