New, stylish, modern, spacious (60 m2) studio apartment of VIP class on the 6th floor of a 25-storey building. Thanks to convenient localization and developed infrastructure, it receives high marks for its location and transport accessibility. The house was commissioned in 2018. The apartment is equipped with the latest modern technology. At your service: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, digital TV, bedding, towels, slippers, hairdryer, iron, heated floors, always hot water.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, an orthopedic mattress, a flat-screen TV, a large folding double sofa, as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, oven and stove, dishes, a bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine. Guarded, fenced area near the house, parking, playground. The house has security, video surveillance. Before guests arrive, we carry out a mandatory cleaning with disinfection.
There is a lake with a beach, cafes and restaurants, where you can relax from the bustle of the city a 10-15 minute walk from the house.
