New studio apartment on the 3rd floor of a 25-storey building in a picturesque area. Thanks to convenient localization and developed infrastructure, the house receives high marks for its location and transport accessibility. There is Silpo supermarket in the house. New building of 2019. Concierge, armored doors, parking, video surveillance. The apartment is clean, comfortable, bright. At your service: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, digital TV, bedding, towels, hair dryer, iron, always hot water.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, an orthopedic mattress, a flat-screen TV, a large folding double sofa, as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, oven and stove, dishes. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. We carry out a mandatory cleaning with disinfection before guests arrive.

There is a lake with a beach in 10-15 minutes walk from the house, cafes and restaurants, where you can relax from the bustle of the city.
A huge Auchan Rive Gauche shopping center is a 10-minute walk. Around there are many shops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, beauty salons, banks.
