One bedroom apartment is located in 2 minutes walk from the subway Slavutych. From the apartment you can easily get to the city center in 20 minutes by metro. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa and a built-in closet. There is a fold-out sofa and a TV in the hall too. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. Not far from the house is a beach on the bank of the Dnipro River. Near the house there is a 24-hour supermarket. Meetings at the airport and train stations.

Additional house rules

Upon check-in, a security deposit is charged in the amount of one night of stay and is returned upon departure, if the apartment is not damaged.
Registration and transfer of keys takes place in the apartment. You need to bring your passport with you.
If you wish to change the period of residence (reduction of dates), a fine is charged in the amount of the cost of one night stay.
Also, if you have had discounts and promotions for the entire period of the booking, they will be canceled upon reduction of the period of stay.
Early check-in and late check-out are additional services, which are arranged individually at least 24 hours before the day of arrival or departure and are paid in amount of half of the daily cost.
It is forbidden: to smoke in the apartment, to hold birthdays and other parties, to stay with pets. A deposit in amount of the daily cost is charged upon check-in.
