Additional house rules

Check-in time is from 14:00. Check-out time - until 12:00, regardless of the time of your check-in. Check-out time must be agreed the day before your check-out by 16:00, in which case we will gladly try to take the keys from you together with the apartment.
The apartment is provided to you for living, which excludes the conduct of noisy events, filming, which can cause anxiety to neighbors, disrupt public order, damage to property in the apartment, including, according to 182 Art.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The number of people staying in the apartment after 22:00 should not exceed the number of sleeping places in the apartment.
If you have rearranged the furniture, then you must return it to the same place before you leave.
You are fully financially responsible for the property in the apartment during your stay, including for the actions of third parties who are in the apartment with your knowledge (see the appendix for the inventory of standard property and inventory of property). In the absence of the property displayed in the inventory in the apartment, immediately, within 1 hour after receiving the keys, you need to inform us by the contact phone number below.
Cleaning is paid additionally for an excessively dirty apartment (sticky floor, mattresses, bedding, towels soiled).
Do not open the apartment door to strangers. Always close the door from the inside while in the apartment.
Do not leave valuables in the apartment (passport, laptop, bank cards, money, etc.). The administration is not responsible for their safety and does not compensate for material damage in the event of their loss or damage.
When renting an apartment for shooting, the cost will be 3 times higher or an additional payment of 2000 UAH.
