In the kitchen dining table, chairs, necessary appliances, dishes. On all windows blackout curtains. In the bedroom double bed, wardrobe for clothes, chest of drawers. Plasma TV. Spacious bathroom, there is a boiler, a large bathtub and shower cabin.
There is a reception in the house. We will always provide informational assistance to guests.
The house is located near beautiful city parks, near all infrastructure: Central Railway Station, bus stops, banks, cafes and shopping centers.
In walking distance from the house central streets, entertainment complexes: Arena City, Caribbean Club, restaurants with amazing cuisine and comfortable interiors.

Additional house rules

We provide the apartment in a multi-storey building in the city center. We hope for mutual understanding: our neighbors live and relax in apartments. According to the laws of Ukraine, it is prohibited to smoke, listen to music loudly after 22:00 and create unnecessary decibels.
We sign an agreement with the guest and take a refundable deposit of 100 USD upon check-in. The deposit is refunded on the day of the guest's departure, subject to the rules of the house and the return of the keys.

1. Розташування дозволяє швидко дістатися центру. По самій вулиці Саксаганського багато різних ресторанчиків і кав'ярень. 2. Дуже сподобалася можливість запаркувати автівку у дворі будинку. Знайти місце для парковки в цій частині міста складно.

Фотографії квартири не повністю відповідають дійсності. Саме ця квартира була вибрана через красивий диван у вітальні і красиве ліжко у спальні, але в реальності меблі були іншими.
