There is a cozy room with a double bed, a small kitchen (shared) and a shared bathroom for 2 rooms at your disposal. Everything is new - the hotel only recently began to put into operation. Vokzalna metro station is in walking distance.

Check-out time from the apartment is until 12:00, regardless of the time of check-in. If you need to check out after 12:00, you must order a late check-out service. This service is paid in the amount of:
- check-out before 18:00 - you must additionally pay half the cost of a day's stay;
- check-out after 18:00 - it is necessary to pay additionally the cost per day of stay.
Accommodation for guests over 25 years old.
We take a deposit for the keys.
No smoking.
Reporting documents are not provided for the amount of prepayment that is made to the site. Documents are provided only for the amount that is paid to the owner upon check-in. If you need documents for the amount of the prepayment that is made to the site, be sure to contact the Dobovo support service before making the prepayment.
If the dates are shortened, the funds will not be refunded.

Это не квартира, это оказалась комната с общим туалетом и душем. Этот весь кошмар находится на цокольном этаже.

Месторасположение рядом с вокзалом, довольно тихий двор и другие арендаторы в своих комнатах, в плане отсутствия шума было комфортно.

Долго не могли поселить, минут 20-25 простояли зимой возле входных дверей в здание. В самой комнате было довольно пыльно, что вызвало неприятные ощущения и насморк на последующий день. Арендовал на одни сутки, просто необходимо было переночевать недалеко от вокзала.
