The house where the apartment is located is in the historical part of Kyiv, close to the main attractions of the capital of Ukraine, on the main street of Kyiv - Khreshchatyk. In 15 minutes from the house is located shopping mall Gulliver, NSC Olimpiyskiy.

It is forbidden to make noise in the apartment from 21:00 to 8:00, turn on loud music/TV, carry out any work related to knocking or other mechanical sounds.
For shortening the period of stay, a fine is charged in the amount of the cost of 1 day of stay.

Sometimes guests are checked in through the office located at 10 Prorizna street.
The cost of a transfer from Zhulyany airport is 350 UAH, from Boryspil airport is 650 UAH.

Payment of the security deposit is made through the WayForPay payment system.
