Description

This spacious and comfortable apartment with three bedrooms is located in the central part of Kiev. This option is preferred by many, as there are dozens of restaurants, cafes and nightclubs nearby. The main street Khreshchatyk can be easily reached in 10-15 minutes walk. Lva Tolstoho square is only 3-5 minutes walk from the house.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 7-storey building with an elevator. It has more than 100 square meters of total area and three completely separate bedrooms (all rooms are separated from each other). The living room has a 42-inch LCD TV with cable TV (including English channels), three bedrooms with queen-size beds, a large wardrobe, a kitchen with a dining area for four people, a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine, two private balconies with a beautiful a view of Kiev, four air conditioners (one in each room) and much more. This is a wonderful apartment with a great location for any potential visitor to Kiev.

The owner may request a security deposit from 1500 to 2500 UAH upon arrival.

Important registration information

If you check in at night from 19:00 to 10:00, we offer you the following registration options:

1. Arrange service at the airport or train station with our driver. Our driver will be waiting for you with a sign, pick you up to check in directly to your accommodation. We highly recommend this option to avoid late night check-in issues. Airport pickup is 25 USD for KBP and 20 USD for IEV and train/bus station.

2. You can pick up the keys at the reception of our mini-hotel, located in the very center of Kiev at 10 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho (1 block from Keschatyk, next to Teatralna/Zoloti Vorota metro station). The front desk is open 24/7.

Please note that our telephone support service is open from 10:00 to 22:00.
If dates are shortened, no refunds will be given.
