If you need to check in before 2:00 PM, you must book the early check-in service. This service is charged at 50% of the daily rate.

Check-out time is until 12:00 PM, regardless of check-in time.
If you need to check out later than 12:00 PM, you must book the late check-out service. The fees are as follows:

Check-out until 6:00 PM — an additional charge of 50% of the daily rate applies.
Check-out after 6:00 PM — an additional charge of 100% of the daily rate applies.

A security deposit is taken for the keys.
Smoking is prohibited.

Invoice documents are not provided for the prepaid amount made through the website. Documents are only issued for the amount paid directly to the owner upon check-in.
