If your check-in is till 14:00 or after 23:00, contact the owner in advance, inform them about the non-standard time of arrival and agree on the transfer of the keys.

Security deposit

The owner requires a security deposit in the amount of 1500 UAH, which will be returned upon check-out if the property is safe.

Additional house rules

Check-in to the apartment is available from 14:00. If you need to check in before 14:00, you must order the early check-in service. This service is charged at 50% of the daily accommodation rate.

Check-out time is until 12:00, regardless of the check-in time. If you need to check out after 12:00, you must order the late check-out service. This service is charged as follows:

Check-out before 18:00 — an additional 50% of the daily accommodation rate is charged;

Check-out after 18:00 — an additional full day rate is charged.

A deposit is required for the keys.

Receipts are not provided for the amount of the prepayment made on the website. Documents are only issued for the amount paid directly to the owner upon check-in. If you need documents for the prepayment amount made on the website, you must contact Dobovo customer support before making the payment.

In case of shortening your stay, no refunds are given.
