I have visited Kyiv many times but this was my first stay on the Left Bank. Modern building with coffee shop, restaurant, and grocery store in easy walking distance. Elevator(s) to 24th floor were reliable and always available. The women who cared for the building on the ground floor were efficient, friendly and hard-working. I have no complaints. The customs and expectations of other countries can draw comparisons that would not be fair. Stellar facility.
