We are glad to present a cozy hotel room type apartment in a residential building. Modern design in accordance with the latest tendencies and a great view to one of the central and historic streets of the city create a pleasant atmosphere. The room has everything for your convenience: a large double bed for a good rest, air conditioning for a comfortable climate, mini-kitchen with microwave, and a compact bathroom with shower. Washing machine is in the lobby of the hotel.
One of the advantages of this apartment is its location - business and cultural center of Kiev - Baseina street. Everything you need for your comfortable stay you will find in the vicinity. Across the street from the building there is a large shopping center Gulliver with a supermarket working 24/7. Main street of Kiev - Khreschatyk, entertainment center Arena City and the other attractions of the capital are located within the walking distance from the building. In the surrounding streets, as well as on Baseina, you can find a variety of well-known restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The nearest metro station - Palats Sportu - a two minute walk.

According to our policy, reservations are accepted from 21 years of age and on Fridays and weekends we accept guests from 25 years of age. Thank you for your understanding.

When booking an apartment for 1 day on New Year's Eve, a deposit of 3000 UAH is required.

To check in and get the keys, please come to the reception at 19, Basseynaya St., second floor. Working hours - from 08:00 to 00:00.

Attention: You must come to the reception desk to formalize the check-in procedure.
If you have an early (before 8:00 am) or late (after 00:00 am) check-in, you should arrange in advance to hand over the keys, as the reception hours are 08:00 - 00:00. You will be met at the front door (entrance to the house) by a Partner Guest House employee at the agreed time.
Ukrainian citizens staying for one or two days should bring two documents for registration (or one document and a credit card). If you are staying for three or more days, one document confirming your identity (passport or driver's license) is enough.
For early check-in (8:00 a.m.) or late check-out (6:00 p.m.), please contact us in advance.
Early check-in and late check-out is an optional service, charged at half the daily rate and must be confirmed 24 hours in advance.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony (if available).
We do not accept guests under the age of 21.
Shortened stays are subject to a penalty of
- 1 night's stay for bookings of 1-7 nights;
- 10% of the room rate for bookings of 7 nights or more.
