We invite you to a cozy apartment in Nyvky, closer to Vynohrady, 1 Syretsko-Sadova street. New club house. Entrance only by yourself.
Permanent video surveillance.

The apartment has heat - batteries and a heated floor, air conditioning. The washing machine is built into the cabinet. A spacious wardrobe at the entrance.

There is a window in the bathroom - it is always bright and cozy during the day.

The kitchen has everything you need for cooking: pan, pot, dishes, electric kettle, microwave oven, small refrigerator with freezer, induction stove.

There is a terrace (very convenient) - a rest area on the second floor. Coffee, tea, waiting room - on the first floor.
