The house is quiet after 22:00. We respect the comfort of our neighbours, so music, loud conversations, shouting, etc. are strictly forbidden. In case of complaints from neighbours about noise, a fine of the amount of the deposit will be imposed.

- Smoking is forbidden in the apartment and in the public areas of the complex. The penalty will be the amount of the security deposit.

- We do not rent apartments for parties and companies. The apartment can accommodate the agreed number of guests. In case of violation, immediate eviction without refund of payment and deposit.
