This studio apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on A. Solovyanenko Street, on the 2nd floor of a 9-story building. A direct (no transfers) metro line will take you to Khreshchatyk (downtown) in just 15 minutes. Other metro stations on this line include Universytet, Vokzalna, and others.

There are several shopping centers near the building, including Detsky Mir, as well as grocery stores, pharmacies, beauty salons, ATMs, cafes, and restaurants to suit every taste. For bowling enthusiasts, there’s the Kosmix entertainment center. The Heart Institute and the University of Trade and Economics are within walking distance. The International Exhibition Center (IEC) is just one metro stop away. The well-maintained Pobeda Park, with its attractions and water canal, is sure to delight you.

This very clean and cozy apartment is designed for a comfortable stay for 1–2 people. In the summer, there is plenty of greenery near the building. The front door opens onto the courtyard. For travelers arriving by car: there is a secure parking lot 500 m from the house, or unsecured parking available near the house.

Additional house rules

Keys are handed over directly at the apartment upon presentation of a valid ID and payment of a security deposit. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout, provided the property is left in good condition.
Check-in time is after 2:00 PM; check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is charged at half the daily rental rate.
When planning your trip, please note: check-in and check-out are only available during daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. There is no check-in or check-out between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM! Important: A curfew is in effect in the city from midnight to 5:00 AM (all movement is prohibited).

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, on the balcony, and on the landing!

Age restriction: 21 years old. The apartment is not suitable for children under 5 years old.

Parties and other noisy events are prohibited in the apartment! We respect our neighbors, so we ask guests to keep the noise down from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
