The kitchen area is equipped with everything you need for cooking and eating: an electric stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave oven and a set of dishes. Tea, coffee and sugar have also been prepared for guests.

The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, which allows you to work and relax comfortably. A comfortable bar counter with stylish chairs will be a great place for breakfast, dinner or working on a laptop.

The bathroom offers modern plumbing, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Hot water is provided 24 hours a day.

Additional house rules

The timeframe can be shifted to one side or the other at the request of the client, but with this option available from the administration of the apartment and only for the full payment of additional night of accommodation. In case of cancellation of booking 3 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged. If booking is canceled later or in case of no-show, 100% of the cost of one night accommodation will be charged. Upon check-in a deposit is to be paid (it is returned upon departure on condition that no damage is done to the property). Standard accommodation includes linen for 2 people. If you need 1 more set of linen - it will be for an additional cost of 300 UAH. Tell the administrator the NUMBER of people who will be staying and the need for an additional set of bed linen and towels.

Хотіли уточнити, що біля кухонної зони, поруч із чайником, знаходиться окремий вимикач саме для цієї підсвітки. Тому для її вимкнення не потрібно повністю вимикати живлення в апартаментах — достатньо скористатися цим вимикачем. Також, якщо у Вас виникали труднощі з вимкненням світла, Ви могли написати адміністратору у будь-який час, і ми б обов’язково допомогли Вам, щоб Ваше проживання та відпочинок були максимально комфортними
