Additional house rules

The timeframe can be shifted to one side or the other at the request of the client, but with this option available from the administration of the apartment and only for the full payment of additional night of accommodation. In case of cancellation of booking 3 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged. If booking is canceled later or in case of no-show, 100% of the cost of one night accommodation will be charged. Upon check-in a deposit is to be paid (it is returned upon departure on condition that no damage is done to the property). Standard accommodation includes linen for 2 people. If you need 1 more set of linen - it will be for an additional cost of 300 UAH. Tell the administrator the NUMBER of people who will be staying and the need for an additional set of bed linen and towels.

Уютная и чистенькая квартирка. Тихо.

Маленький недостаток, на момент прибывания вентилятор вытяжки в ванной не выключался. Но это такое... на ночь можно либо выключением общего света выключить или дверь в ванную закрыть. А так все хорошо. Рекомендую.

Комент довгий, шоб не казали, шо купили :) Все як завжди у цього орендодавця - чисто, охайно, у дивані ще один набір подушки + ковдра, а постільна білизна на ліжку - м'яка та приємна (особисто нам) Ще у ванній достатньо велике дзеркало, щоб можна було зробити гарні фоточки (практикували неодноразово із дівчиною) Достатньо великий душ у підлогу, в якому вдалось лягти у повний зріст під час тривоги (зріст - 1.75), головне аби сухим був :) Найнеприємніше - при першому застосуванні душу, кран, що відповідає за увікменння подачі води дуже туго ходив, ледь вдалось прокрутити (довелось обмотати туалетним папером, бо інакше рука просто провсковзує, тому за послуги та зручності 3 бали (єдиний помічений мінус) Ну і одна проблема для всіх апартаментів цього власника - йорш для туалету, який не підходить для будови самого унітазу (на йорші кришка), через що не завжди вдається повністю залишити вану чистою після її використання А так нема що ще додати, як побуваєте у апартаментах сіті апартаментс у цьому будинку - самі зрозумієте, що додати, особливо, нема чого (спробували ще не всі, але вже шт 4-5) Сміливо раджу - умови заселення прості і зрозумілі (достатньо важливо)
