Near metro Nyvky, Syrets, Retroville i Lavina shopping centers.

There are two identical apartments!

New club house 2019 year of delivery. Entrance only his own.
Permanent video surveillance.

There is a terrace (very comfortable) lounge area on the second floor.
Coffee, tea, waiting room - on the first floor. Bathrooms for guests on each floor.
The house has its own well, an individual boiler. Parking inside the house.

Near stores, a stop and a pharmacy. To the subway - 7 minutes away by car.

Нічого, якщо чесно.

Фотографії не відповідають дійсності. Дуже низьке ліжко з продавленим по центру матрацом, через що постійно скатуєшся в центр ліжка. Ванна кімната не відповідає дійсності - на фотографіях вона велика і зручно виходити. В дійсності - дуже маленька і розположення унітазу, вмивальника та пральної машинки взагалі інші. Я орендувала квартиру разом з чоловіком (військовим після ампутації ноги) і йому було майже неможливо вилізти з ванної без допомоги, через маленький простір.
