Description

I offer for rent a studio with a terrace and hotel-type air conditioning in the newly built Rybalsky residential complex (3 Naberezhno-Rybalska Street).

The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay for 1-2 guests. There is a kitchenette with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishes. There is also an iron, washing machine and dryer.
The total area of the studio is 22 sq.m.
The windows face the Dnipro River. Reporting documents for business travelers are provided. The complex has a Kolo supermarket, a Box supermarket with a pizzeria, Nova Poshta, a pharmacy, bank terminals, cafes and other cultural institutions.
It is possible to park your car.
Getting there:
1) To the Kontraktova Square metro station 20 minutes on foot
2) By bus 114, take 5 minutes to Podil and the Poshtova Square metro station, then through Khreshchatyk and Taras Shevchenko Boulevard to the central railway station.
3) 53 bus via Elektrykiv Street to the Taras Shevchenko metro station (7 minutes) and then to the Kontraktova Ploshcha metro station (12 minutes)
4) 111 bus to Poshtova Square (5 min) and then through Khreshchatyk to Ukrainian Heroes Square (formerly Leo Tolstoy Square)

Preparation of a full package of accounting documents for your stay:
- Invoice for payment for accommodation in the apartment
- Copies of registration documents (KVED 68.20) and an extract
- A receipt confirming the fact of payment (payment is made through the bank's cash desk or through your Internet banking)
