Description

New studio apartment in the residential complex Povitroflotsky Quarter. A new complex with security in every front door. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. The room is equipped with a large double bed with orthopedic mattress, kitchen, dining and work tables, Internet, Wi-Fi, oven, refrigerator, stove. Our guests are always provided with clean, fresh sheets and towels. The house is located 10 minutes walk from the metro station Politekh on the corner of Peremohy Avenue. In the immediate vicinity of the house there are shopping and entertainment centers: Smart Plaza Shopping and Entertainment Center (Silpo Supermarket, Oscar Cinema, Sports Club with swimming pool, shops, cafes), KPI Park, Ukraine Shopping Center, Circus, Medical School, KPI University. Okhmatdyt children's hospital is 50 meters away. In the courtyard there is a large children's and sports field with exercise equipment and a rest area. At the time of check-in, in addition to paying for the apartment, a deposit of one day is paid.
