Розташування чудове. Вся інфраструктура поруч. В цей складний період відключення тепла квартира забезпечена додатковим обігрівачем. Загалом квартира чудова, але потребує певних виправлень.

Злив в душовій протікає, кожен раз довелось витирати підлогу. В ванній кімнаті працює лише 1 розетка або на пральну машину, або на бойлер. Інші 3 розетки не працюють. Світло над дзеркалом у ванній не працює Дно ліжка зношене та скрипить Біля ліжка 2 розетки, одна 1 зайнята роутером, інша на вибір або зарядка або нічник.
