Hello, first things first:
Our building has generators, so the elevators work, there is cold/hot water, and the wifi works (if you have a charged power bank with two usb ports).

Description:

Obolonsky avenue 26, 6th floor, 80m2, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hall with kitchen, panoramic window, Smart TV, 2 air conditioners, dishwasher. The apartment has everything for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The following facilities are available in the complex (to be agreed in advance)
- A public terrace with Jacuzzi for all the residents of the building on the 27th floor.
- Gym
- Home Theater
- Underground/overground parking
In the closed area of the courtyard:
- Playground, tennis table, football/basketball/volleyball court

It is also worth mentioning that the entire residential complex is under video surveillance and smoking any tobacco products or drinking alcoholic beverages is prohibited - a fine in the amount of the deposit left.

We always welcome guests who respect the property and comfort of their neighbors :)

Smoking is allowed only on the public balcony located on each floor.

Parking:
Underground parking is available - 300 UAH/day.

There is a guest parking lot on the street with security and surveillance cameras, it is free.

There is also a paid parking lot near the Dream Town shopping center.

Let us know in advance if you need a parking lot and which one. You will also need to provide your license plate number, make and model.

Infrastructure around:
A large number of restaurants, supermarkets and coffee shops to suit all tastes. Dream Town Shopping Mall, Payenta Cinema, children's entertainment, and an ice rink. One of the most beautiful Obolon embankments, Natalka Park, and the new Obolonsky Island have just been opened.
Metro near the house, to Podil and the center of Kyiv 10 minutes.

The apartment is not offered for various holidays, birthdays, weddings, etc. In case of violation of these rules, a fine in the amount of the left deposit may be charged. In case of gross violation, you may be evicted immediately and without refund.
A deposit of 1000 UAH per day is required for the period of stay.

Сервіс 1. Не має пактів для сміття; 2. Неймовірно старі подушки (це навіть подушками соромно називати); 3. Фільтр у кондиціонері дуже брудний, користуватися не можливо, одразу неприємний запах; 4. 4 людини 4 дні - 1 рулон туалетного паперу; 5. Усього 4 рушника; 6. Стара постіль; 7. Адміністратор, який постійно розповідав, що ми маємо йому дякувати за тє, що він не відмінив бронь, щоб здати квартиру дорожче; 8. Квартирою не займається, все розвалюється. Стільці подрані, постільне старе, відвалилася вхідна ручка і ми були закриті в квартирі.

Ввічливий та приємний у спілкуванні персонал, інфраструктурно чудове розташування будинку (парк "Наталка" поруч - це окремі компліменти)

Присутній невеликий шум з боку авто-магістралей, але це некритично, тим паче за наявності комендантської години.
