According to our policy, reservations are accepted from 21 years of age and on Fridays and weekends we accept guests from 25 years of age. Thank you for your understanding.

When booking apartments for 1 day on New Year's Eve, a deposit of 3000 UAH is required.

Baby bed is available on request.
To check in and get the keys, please come to the reception at 19, Basseynaya St., second floor. Working hours - from 08:00 to 00:00.

Attention: You must come to the reception desk to formalize the check-in procedure.
If you have an early (before 8:00 am) or late (after 00:00 am) check-in, you should arrange in advance to hand over the keys, as the reception hours are 08:00 - 00:00. You will be met at the front door (entrance to the house) by a Partner Guest House employee at the agreed time.
Ukrainian citizens staying for one or two days should bring two documents for registration (or one document and a credit card). If you are staying for three or more days, one document confirming your identity (passport or driver's license) is enough.
For early check-in (8:00 a.m.) or late check-out (6:00 p.m.), please contact us in advance.
Early check-in and late check-out is an optional service, charged at half the daily rate and must be confirmed 24 hours in advance.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony (if available).
We do not accept guests under the age of 21.
Shortened stays are subject to a penalty of
- 1 night's stay for bookings of 1-7 nights;
- 10% of the room rate for bookings of 7 nights or more.

Часто бронюю апартаменти даного власника, коли зупиняюся в Києві і це один з моїх найулюбленіших номерів. Номер у гарному стані, чистий, є все необхідне: мінімальний набір техніки, посуду, засоби гігієни, кулер з водою в коридорі. Окремо хочеться сказати про дівчат на рецепції - завжди на зв'язку, відповідають на всі питання, допомагають вирішити проблеми, якщо такі з'являються. Розташування прекрасне - вулиця Басейна, поруч метро, ТЦ Гулівер, зручно добиратися.

Чудове розташування, наявність усього необхідного, дуже теплий номер, привітний персонал

Були деякі труднощі з гарячою водою - через тривалі відключення бойлери не встигали нагріватися, але це, швидше проблема не власника апартаментів, а прикрий збіг обставин
