Additional house rules

The apartment is prohibited:

1. Walk in shoes.
2. Smoking in the apartment (only allowed on the balcony).
3. Accommodate with animals.
4. Listen to music, TV, etc. loudly after 21:00.
5. Celebrate birthdays, organize alumni meetings and other similar events.
6. Invite strangers into the apartment, without an agreement. Only by agreement.
7. Bring and store prohibited items in the apartment: weapons, drugs, ammunition, stabbing, cutting objects, chemicals.
8. Address neighbors with various requests without agreeing on a reason.
9. Rearrange furniture in an apartment without agreement.
10. Hang various objects on walls, ceilings, doors, furniture that damage the surface.
11. Take photographs of the given premises and place various types of advertisements related to this premise.
12. To re-lease and transfer the responsibility under this Agreement to this apartment to other persons not specified in this Agreement.
13. Remove household appliances, furniture and other items from the apartment, as well as replace them with an alternative one.
14. Carry out orders for goods and services at a given address with entry into the apartment without agreement with the Landlord (only before the entrance).
If at least one of the rules is not observed, the Landlord has the right to evict you without refunding the security deposit and advance payment.

Отличная,красивая квартира,чисто,все необходимое имеется,чистое постельное белье,отдельный восторг это балкон с панорамными окнами,где приятно было пить кофе по утрам.Есть гардеробная.Даже освежитель воздуха есть) На данный момент самая лучшая квартира,из всех,где приходилось бывать.
