The apartment is intended for quiet and peaceful stays only. It is not available for parties, birthdays, weddings, or other celebrations. Violation of these rules may result in a penalty equal to the deposit. In case of a serious violation, guests may be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and cafés to suit every taste. Dream Town shopping mall, Planeta Kino cinema, children's entertainment areas, and an ice rink are all nearby.

One of Kyiv's most beautiful locations, Obolon Embankment, is within easy reach, as well as Natalka Park and the recently opened Obolonskyi Island.

The metro station is right next to the building, and Podil and Kyiv city center are approximately a 10-minute ride away.

Ввічливий та приємний у спілкуванні персонал, інфраструктурно чудове розташування будинку (парк "Наталка" поруч - це окремі компліменти)

Присутній невеликий шум з боку авто-магістралей, але це некритично, тим паче за наявності комендантської години.
