This beautiful and cozy two bedroom apartment is located in the city center, in one of the most prestigious area, close to the house of the Parliament of Ukraine. The main street Khreschatyk and the main square - Maidan Nezalezhnosti are just in a short walk (15 minutes). Other local attractions including the most beautiful park of the city are less than in 200 meters. All the major attractions, as well as all of the most popular nightclubs, bars, restaurants, and much more are very close to the house. The apartment is located on the second floor of a house with a combination lock and a lift. It is furnished with everything necessary for a comfortable stay in Kyiv. There are a spacious living room with large double sofa, 32-inch LCD TV with cable TV (over 100 channels, including the English-speaking), CD/DVD player, high speed internet Wi-Fi, two completely separate bedrooms with double beds, extra TV, large walk-in closets in each, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 4 people and microwave, bathroom with bath, shower, washing machine and much more. Also there is a balcony with a beautiful view of the courtyard. There are 3 air conditioners in the apartment. Important registration information

If you check in at night from 19:00 to 10:00, we offer you the following check-in options:

1. Arrange service at the airport or train station with our driver. Our driver will be waiting for you with a sign, pick you up to check in directly to your accommodation. We highly recommend this option to avoid late night check-in issues. Airport pickup is 25 USD for KBP and 20 USD for IEV and train/bus station.

2. You can pick up the keys at the reception of our mini-hotel, located in the very center of Kiev at 10 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho street (1 block from Keschatyk, next to Teatralna/Zoloti Vorota metro station). The front desk is open 24/7.

Please note that our telephone support service is open from 10:00 to 22:00.
If dates are shortened, no refunds will be given.

Сам дом, кол-во комнат

Отсутствует горячая вода(приезжали смотрели по нашему запросу, даже кран поменяли, но ничего не поменялось), в основной комнате сломанный диван, который постоянно падает в разложенном положении, вообще нет замков нигде, ни в туалете, ни в ванной(хотя бы есть на входных дверях), пароль к вай фаю подбирали сами, правильного нам не дали, с кондиционера капало, причём прям на голые провода за диваном.

Велика квартира та високі стелі

Квартира потребує значного ремонту. Видно, що вона здається подобово і про неї в середині дбають не дуже добре. Часто зустрічаються дрібні деталі по підлозі, незрозумілого походження. Килими просто в жахливому стані, враження наче там була гучна вечірка і на підлозі змішали все що тільки було, а як результат розмити і неприємні плями на підлозі, на неї н хочеться наступати босою ногою :( Холодильник має неприємний характерний запах, неначе у ньому щось забули і воно там дуже довго псувалося. У квартирі неможливо прийняти нормальний душ, тому що напір води не дозволяв це зробити. Нам з друзями довелося на колінах митися під краном. Така ж ситуація із зливним бочком, що разу при поході в туалет ти переживав мікрострес « а чи з миється цього разу ?)». Доводилося бігати із тазіком, щоб зливати ним воду. В квартирі погано прибрали після попередніх клієнтів: у ванній валявся шматок зубної нитки, а у шухлядах можна було знайти презервативи і брелок ще з атласвікенду :) Ізюминкою на торті стали таракани, що пробігали повз, поки ти миєшся :₴ Словом, ми друзями не надто вибагливі в умовах, можемо спати і в спальнику на підлозі, але коли спеціально знімаєш квартиру, то хочеться провести в ній комфортні вихідні. А ми отримали значне полегшення, коли виїхали з неї.
