Местоположение (Крещатик 5 минут, метро 1 минута), шикарные потолки 3,6 м, добротная мебель, кухня с барной стойкой, куча свежего постельного белья и полотенец. Хороший, довольно свежий ремонт. Из техники есть всё: быстрый интернет, стиральная машина, чайник, холодильник, микроволновка, фен, утюг, джакузи и пр.

Подъезд (парадная) несколько обшарпана, но к квартире это не имеет отношения.
