A wonderful and stylish studio made in Scandinavian style. The design is dominated by light colors. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 25-storey building, located a 1-minute walk from the Exhibition Center metro station.

The building has a nice lobby with a coffee machine, a sheltered basement and a generator. During a power outage, the elevators work and there is internet in the lobby.

The apartment has been completely renovated. The furniture and appliances are new and modern. There is a double sofa with a comfortable fireplace.

There are household appliances: microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, washing machine.

At guests' disposal: dishes, clean bed linen, towels, hairdryer and toiletries. There is Wi-Fi internet.

Convenient transportation: the railway station is 40 minutes by metro, the city center is 20 minutes by metro.
