Вцілому квартира нормальна, якби краще прибрати і поремонтувати. Сам будинок, в якому квартира, хороший.

Не сподобалися побиті меблі, стіни, поламана шторка у ванній, павутиння на стіні, недомита плита і галасливі сусіди. Але можна було б це потерпіти за нижчу ціну.
