Неподалік розташовані Оболонська набережна, міські пляжі та прогулянкова зона біля Дніпра. Розміщення на першому поверсі особливо зручне для великих компаній і груп із багажем.

Квартира розрахована на проживання до 10 гостей і має 10 повноцінних спальних місць: чотири двоярусні ліжка на 8 осіб та одне двоспальне ліжко.

Additional house rules

Check in.
After agreeing all the terms and conditions of your chosen accommodation by telephone, you will receive the keys by arriving directly at the address of the apartment or at any other place convenient for you. At the time of check-in, you will present your passport.
We can arrange a later check-out time or an earlier arrival at the apartment. We can make concessions for you if possible. The price you pay for the apartment includes the number of sets of bed linen and towels agreed with us, as well as kitchen utensils, electricity, hot and cold water. You can order additional cleaning of the apartment for a fee. On the last day of your stay in the apartment, but no later than one hour before your departure, you must notify us. At the agreed time you can hand over the apartment and the keys to us.
We will provide you with documentation for your accounts.
The security deposit for the New Year is 15000 UAH.
We do not accept guests under the age of 26.

Удобная инфраструктура. Все необходимое рядом. В квартире тоже все необходимое имеется

Кровать сильно скрепит. В квартире накурено было, когда заселялись, за время пребывания там выветрили. В описание квартиры написано что курить можно на балконе. Но балкона нет, в кухне лоджия (окна открываются), то есть по сути курят в кухне. Нет москитные сеток на окнах.

Благодарю за отзыв! Кровать находится в исправном состоянии, не расшатана, нигде не продавлена, пружины не торчат, поэтому, к замене не подлежит. К сожалению, правила о запрете курения в комнате и санузле, гости нарушают, несмотря на штрафы. В данной квартире, разрешено курить на лоджии, при открытых окнах на проветривание. Москитные сетки не предусмотрены.
