Якісні ліжка, приємний дизайн квартири, зручне розташування житла, та наявність балконів з цікавим краєвидом. Ввічливий обслуговуючий персонал, який швидко реагує на запити.

Місцями є невеличкі сліди користування квартирою від попередніх орендарів. Як то подряпини на меблях чи підлозі, відсутність 1-2 елементів декору (відсутня лампочка в одній з ламп біля ліжка, або декоративна картина. Підсівші пульти до телевізорів. Відсутність одноразових капців (хотілось би хоча б мати можливість придбати їх додатково).
